Tucker and Smokey Point Cycle Barn showcase Speed and Strength apparel at Pacific Northwest motorcycle rally.
Once a year, the picturesque fishing town of Anacortes, Washington fills with over 20,000 Motorcyclists from all reaches of the Pacific Northwest and Canada. Motorcycles of all makes and models filled the length of Commercial Avenue for the 37th annual Oyster Run in the same form they have been doing since 1981.
Ominous weather the day before created a buzz that attendance would be down, but the rain held off, and the crowd was booming for the entire length of the event. Live music, good food, stunt shows, captivating vendors, and the sights and sounds of all types of motorcycles ensured everyone in attendance had an excellent time.
Tucker teamed up with longtime dealer Smokey Point Cycle Barn to showcase Speed and Strength apparel at the event.
Flannel was the word of the day! The Speed and Strength Standard Supply and Black 9 Motoshirts were crowd favorites for the men, and the True Romance Armored Motoshirt was the standout for the women. The Standard Supply Motoshirt was so popular that only two pieces were left hanging on the rack by the end of the event.
Speed and Strength had a style and color combination that worked for each of the different types of motorcyclists at the rally. Riders on cruisers and sportbikes alike could be seen walking the rally with their newly acquired gear.
With the success of Speed and Strength at this year’s Oyster Run, Tucker and Smokey Point Cycle Barn plan to increase the brand’s presence at the dealership level as well as at next year’s rally.
The Oyster Run proved again this year that all types of motorcyclists can come together and enjoy the spectacle of each other while sharing the same passion for two wheels.
See you next year!
