He is a firm believer in setting the right business priorities for Tucker, deciding and communicating what not to do, and then focusing on a swift and thorough implementation that includes institutionalizing the change in the operations. Sebastian also emphasizes the empowerment of the entire company and frequent and open communication with Tucker’s dealers and suppliers.
Greg Blackwell brings over 30 years of powersports industry experience to his role as SVP of Sales & Marketing, having worked for KTM North America, Lemans Corporation, Metzeler Motorcycle Tire North America, and most recently with MTA Distributing. He has a strong industry background and proven track record in brand development, advertising and marketing, sales force development, dealer networking, and powersports distribution. His focus is on building relationships, delivering an outstanding experience to dealers, and growing market share through strategic partnerships to achieve sales and revenue goals and continue to improve the Tucker organization.
Alejandro “Hondo” Huerta brings over 15 years of progressive Financial experience with him to the team. He has a strong record of successfully leading organizations across multiple industries and platforms including Consumer Products, Hospitality and Gaming. His focus is on the development of a strong culture of accountability driven through a clear understanding of business decisions on financial results.
As both a strategic and tactical supply chain and operations executive, Danny Anderson built his career in global supply chain management by innovating and leading top caliber supply and logistics operations across diverse industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pepperdine University, Danny will help maximize performance for Tucker by continuing to build top caliber teams committed to continuous process improvement and cost containment.
With a proven record of leadership and strategic oversight of product line management, Charlie has spent the last seven years with Tucker as its sourcing, procurement, and merchandising director. He provides total supply chain management of product lines and develops strategic relationships with suppliers. Charlie leverages his hands-on knowledge of the global supply base, production, and technical capabilities to build synergetic environments between engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, finance and suppliers.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, Dan drives increased sales, market share, operational efficiencies and profitability through a metrics-driven approach designed to meet the organization’s strategic business objectives. His extensive supply chain and marketing experience with the Kubota Tractor Corporation, Neovia Logistics, and Caterpillar Inc. bring a supply chain management strategy focused on people, processes, and operational metrics.
Troy brings more than 25 years of experience in information technologies management, aftermarket distribution, and operations specializing in the implementation and business integration of large-scale IT/ERP solutions. He has extensive experience in managing aftermarket logistics, including materials management, part configuration, inventory optimization, and warehouse operations and has leveraged the Toyota Manufacturing System for more than 18 years. His experience in supporting business units in a CIO role include budget, strategy, and execution. A graduate of Friends University and Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas with degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Executive Management, Troy is an energetic change advocate with a perceptive, balanced set of skills centered around employee engagement, leadership, and communication.
Jason Potter serves as Vice President of Sales after three-and-a-half years as part of the Tucker sales team, first as the Central Area Sales Director, then as Western Area Director of Sales. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a background in the consumer electronics distribution, repair, and manufacturing, Potter has a proven record of success in the highly competitive mobile telecommunications market as well as the powersports industry. His goal is to deliver powersports dealers unique customer experiences and to ensure Tucker is value-add partners to its dealers and their business.
Jim Barker is a driven leader with 25 years of experience selling and leading sales and marketing organizations. He enjoys helping teams drive revenue with an innovative approach to providing unique customer experiences, where issues are resolved, and desired outcomes are achieved. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Tarleton State University, Barker is responsible for growing and developing Tucker through creative marketing services that provide value to dealers and help support the sales organization. His goal is to help dealers drive retail traffic to their stores and web storefronts to purchase more powersports parts and accessories.
With degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of North Dakota, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Paul is a CPA with over 30 years of experience including with Burlington Northern Santa Fe and American Airlines. Paul is responsible for accounting at Tucker, and his experience leading include CFO roles at four different companies. His industry experience includes Big 4 public accounting, transportation (trucking and railroad), call center/BPO, real estate and frac sand production/distribution.
