After five episodes of the Honda CBR800-V4 build project, Moto Pilot is starting to make headway, although he discovers how much work it is to upgrade the entire rear assembly on the CBR800-V4. Just getting the rear axle out of its hub was a major pain with lots of heavy hammering. Multiple online orders to get all the various bearings and seals, three trips to the powder coating company, and running the shock miles away for a complete rebuild. He had no idea, but the final outcome will be worth it.
