DESCRIPTION
The TTU229E Encoder and Altimeter Test Set provides a rapid and convenient means for evaluating the CPU-46/A-AAU-19/A and CPU-66/A-AAU-19/A altitude encoding computers and altimeters and the AAU-21/32/A Alti-Coder altimeters. The test set makes a complete systems check of both or each unit independently. The altimeter/encoder equipment maybe left in the aircraft or removed. The test set displays the computers encoder output in both digital and binary form and gives synchro output information as an altimeter type readout.
