DESCRIPTION
The Agilent N1738A auroraPresto ADSL handheld tester provides all the test features necessary for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ADSL services. The auroraPresto provides analog line testing, ADSL layer testing with "golden modem" operation, ATM layer testing, and IP application layer testing in a rugged handheld tester.
Features:
- Physical Layer test such as load coil detection and multimeter functions.
- ADSL test functions for link layer fault finding.
- Support for ADSL over POTS and ISDN.
- ATM layer testing including BER testing and support for OAM "PING" functionality.
- Higher layer testing for IP, application layer, and PAP/CHAP authentication.
