DESCRIPTION
The MX5111 Noise Figure Meter is a programmable instrument covering the frequency range of 1GHz to 2GHz with a flatness of ±2.0 dB. It is designed for benchtop and ATE applications. It features a digital memory for user programmability and IEEE-488 control. The unit is compatible with the IS-136 and IS-95A standards and can perform the test routines for Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN).
