DESCRIPTION
The MN9662A Optical Channel Selector is a switching device used for outputting the light that is inputted to the common channels to any channel. The device is equipped with eight channels, making it ideal for the evaluation of devices for WDM and various optical transmission devices. They possess excellent switching repeatability of 0.003 dB (typical value). Cleanable and replaceable optical adapters (FC, SC, ST, DIN and HMS-10/A) are also available as applications. Moreover, in addition to the control by the MT9810B Optical Test Set, GPIB and RS-232C interfaces are provided as standards, allowing the above device to be used as a component of an automatic measurement system.
