DESCRIPTION
The E1562E VXI Data Disk/DAT/SCSI-II Interface Module high-speed dual SCSI-II interface is a C-size, two-slot, message-based VXI module used for on-line recording of digital data. It is ideal for a variety of data capture applications, including both dynamic and static signal acquisition to disk. The E1562D/E is used in transient signal analysis, acoustic and mechanical measurements, and electronic surveillance. The E1562 module is available in three configurations. The E1562E consists of a dual SCSI-II interface and dual 4 GB disks. If you will be using external SCSI-II storage devices for your application, select option 1BD to delete both internal drives. The E1562D consists of a dual SCSI-II interface with a 4 GB internal disk and a 4 GB internal DAT tape for data backup. (Option 1CD deletes the tape drive.)
