DESCRIPTION
The DC504 Counter/Timer Plug-In is for use in any of the TM-500 series Power Modules. Measures frequency from 0.1 Hz to 80 MHz; period, from 1 µS to 999.99 Sec and totalizes events from 0 to 99,999 at a maximum rate of at least 80 MHz. Sensitivity 20 mV below 15 MHz, 35 mV below 50 MHz and 495 mV p-p at 80 MHz. 5-digit LED display with front-panel overflow indicator.
OPTIONS
• Option 01 = High Stability Time Base providing high accuracy for laboratory environment. Accuracy: 5 parts in 10E+09. |
