DESCRIPTION
The D1000 Preamplifier is a dual channel, wide-band, low-noise preamplifier that was designed to enhance the performance of the DATA 6000 Waveform Analyzer's Model 620 High Speed 100-MHz Digitizer. Resolution of 400 µV can now be schieved over the full power bandwidth of the 620 plug-in. In demanding applications requiring high sensitivity and extreme flexibility, the D1000 offers nine sensitivity ranges from ±50 mV to ±20 V as well as dc, ac, or ground coupling on each of the two independent channels.
