The Tektronix CG551AP is a microprocessor based oscilloscope calibration generator that can be used as part of a computerized system for the calibration and verification of major oscilloscope parameters.

Features:

• Parameters: vertical gain, horizontal timing and gain, vertical bandwidth/pulse characteristics, probe accuracy and compensation, current probe accuracy and calibrator output accuracy
• Voltage: 40 µV to 200 V, accuracy ±0.25% ±1 µV
• Markers: 10 ns to 5 s, accuracy ±0.01%
• Slewed Edge Timing: 0.4 ns to 100 ns
• Pulse Head Rise Time: ≤ 200 ps
• 100 Hz to 100 kHz frequency range
• 100%, 20%, 2%, 0.2% distortion ranges
• Requires TM506 Mod JB, TM515 Mod UB (sold separately)
