DESCRIPTION
The 9520 Automatic Digital Teraohmmeter is designed for measurement and testing of high resistance in the range of 10E+06 ohms to 10E+16 ohms. It has the highest accuracy commercially available, and its simplicity and ease of operation make it ideally suited for production line testing or incoming inspection of high-value wire-wound and film resistors, capacitor leakage resistance, microcircuit substrate resistance, transformer winding isolation and much more. Specifications: 5-digit LED display with 100% overranging plus index digits; test voltage: to 1000 V; measurement time from 10 mS to 1000 seconds. Accuracies between ±1% and ±0.025% depending upon range.
