DESCRIPTION
The 9301A RMS Millivoltmeter features exceptional ease-of-use and an easy-to-read meter. It has a simple front-panel design yet provides true rms measurements of RF sinusoidal, pulse and noise waveforms. Frequency range is 10kHz to 1.5GHz and useful indications are obtainable up to 2GHz, accuracy of ±(1% f.s.d. + 1% of reading). Voltages from 100 µV To 3.0 V can be measured in eight ranges selected by switch or remote program. dB scale referenced to 0 dBm into 50-ohms.
