DESCRIPTION
The 9008 AM/FM Modulation Meter provides a simple, unambiguous means of measuring peak, trough, and mean modulation depth of AM signals or positive, negative and mean deviation of FM signals. Automatic tuning and amplitude leveling are built-in features. • Carrier Frequency range: 1.5MHz to 2GHz; input level from 5 mV rms to 1 V rms with level setting fully automatic; input impedance of 50-ohms • FM Deviation range from 1.5 to 100kHz peak f.s. (positive, negative and mean deviation measurements can be made). Modulation range from 50Hz to 30kHz • AM Modulation Depth range from 5 to 100% f.s.d. (peak, trough, or mean amplitude relative to carrier measurements may be made). Modulation frequency from 50Hz to 30kHz • Outputs include: IF out, AF out, and DC out • Remote controllable
