DESCRIPTION
The 7512 Automatic Noise Figure Indicator features all solid-state design, internal calibration, and superior accuracy (±0.15 dB) and resolution. Engineered to simplify noise-figure measurements for the operator. After initial setup, read noise figure directly and automatically with the push of only one button! A front-panel indicator provides assurance that sufficient signal is present for an accurate measurement. An expanded meter scale provides for indications from 0 to 3 dB, spread over 3 inches of meter arc (one-half the meter scale), enabling resolution of a few hundredths of a dB. A unique range switching feature allows most noise-figure readings to fall within this expanded portion of the scale. Offers over 65 dB dynamic range. For use with solid-state noise sources only (sold separately).

• Option C = Packaged in a cabinet for bench use • Option 001 = Operation at 30MHz or at any frequency between 40 and 150MHz is possible through the use of a front-panel control. Typical Sensitivity is -70 dBm
