The 71K Capacitance Meter is completely self-contained and offers an easy and affordable way to perform direct 3-terminal measurements.

▪ Features six capacitance ranges from 0 to 10 µF, ±(0.2 + 1/q)% of reading +0.01% f.s. (output), ±(1 + 1/q)% of reading +1% f.s. (meter)
▪ ±0.1% resolution of reading
▪ Measures dissipation in two ranges from 0 to 0.1, ±2% of reading +0.0005 (output), ±2% of reading +0.0005 +1% f.s. (meter)
▪ ±1% resolution of reading
▪ 1 kHz (±1%) at 1 V nominal (±5%) test signal
