Phenix Technologies offers a premier line of 40, 50, and 60 kV model portable AC dielectric test sets, providing test voltages for a wide range of electrical equipment.
Features of the 640-0.4P:
- 40kV, 10 mA hipot designed primarily for vacuum bottle testing, but tests breakers, switchgear and many other apparatus
- 3½ digit, digital LCD display output voltmeter and current meter for easy reading even in direct sunlight
- Input: 120 or 220 volts, 50-60 Hz, single phase, 400 VA, 5 amperes
- Output Rating: 0-40 kVAC, 10 mA
- High Accuracy: ±1% of FS
- Rugged case for years of field use
- Zero start (safety interlock feature)
- Output Termination: Toroid with output lead
- Adjustable overcurrent trip from 10% to 110% of rating
- Internal Short circuit protection
- One piece lightweight portability for field testing
- Emergency off pushbutton
- Guard ground circuit
