DESCRIPTION
The 6130A101 Time Mark Generator is a precise, high quality calibration tool which may be used to check and calibrate the sweep ranges of oscilloscopes with bandwidths to 250MHz, as well as sampling oscilloscopes, frequency counters, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators. It can also be used as a secondary time standard, and offers a convenient method for checking rise-time alignment of oscilloscope vertical amplifiers.
• 21 time base ranges with one dial control
• 0.1 µs to 0.5 s, direct in 1,2,5 sequence
• >0.5 V into 50 Ohm, >1 V open circuit
• Sine wave output: 500MHz(2 ns), 200MHz (5 ns), 100MHz (10 ns), 20MHz (50 ns)
• Trigger period: 8 ranges, 100 ns to 1 s in decade steps
• Trigger rise time: <3 ns into 50 ohms
