The 4156C semiconductor parametric analyzer is the next generation in precision semiconductor parametric analyzers. Now you get the best digital sweep parameter analyzer plus a reliability tester, a powerful failure analysis tool, and an automated incoming-inspection station built into a single instrument.
The 4156C provides a cost-effective, highly accurate laboratory bench top parameter analyzer that features intuitive front-panel controls. These analyzers support instrument BASIC (IBASIC), enabling automatic control of the instrument using a variety of programming commands (including SCPI and Agilent FLEX). ICS (interactive characterization software-sold separately) allows you to control the 4156C from a PC via the GPIB bus.
