DESCRIPTION
The 41501B SMU and Pulse Generator Expander is supplied with a 0V/1.6 A ground unit. The expander accepts two 100 mA/100 V SMUs or one 1 A/200 V SMU, and two specially-synchronized 40 V/200 mA/1 ”s pulse generators.
OPTIONS
The HP 41501B contains a ground unit (GNDU). In addition, you specify an option number according to desired units as follows:
- Option 402 - One GNDU and Two PGUs
- Option 410 - One GNDU and One HPSMUč
- Option 412 - One GNDU, Two PGUs and One HPSMUč
- Option 420 - One GNDU and Two MPSMUs
- Option 422 - One GNDU, Two PGUs and Two MPSMUs
