S-Parameter Test Set
Features:
- 50 MHz to 6.0 GHz
- 4 Ports
- Characterizes the s-parameters of devices with up to four single-ended ports, or two balanced ports, without re-connecting the DUT
- Complete system consists of a vector network analyzer, test set hardware, system software, and a Windows-based PC with a GPIB interface
- Applications for the system include differential amplifiers, balanced SAW filters, balanced transmission lines, diplexers, couplers, and switches
- Multi-port vector error correction
- Multiple s-parameter displays
- Full set of VNA features
- Importing/exporting of data files
- Compatible with Agilent 8753E/ES with Option 011 (deletes built-in S-Parameter test set) and other VNA network analyzers
- ATN Microwave formerly manufactured some of Agilent's microwave test sets, Agilent then acquired ATN microwave in 2001
OPTIONS
- Option 001 provides 3.5 mm male connectors (4 DUT ports) and Type N female connectors to network analyzer
