DESCRIPTION
The 1995 Frequency Counter features frequency and period resolution of 9 digits in one second, whatever the frequency. This incredible resolution enables you to evaluate precision frequency standards, or to perform frequency profiling using minimum gate times and external arming. The frequency range of the instrument is DC to 200MHz at Inputs A & B and 40MHz to 1.3GHz at Input C.
