The 1700/1705 Digital Ohmmeter make up a system that makes four-terminal resistance measurements rapidly (2 to 13 measurements per second) and accurately (0.02% basic) and shows the results on a 4-1/2 digit display. • Ranges are 200 mohms to 20 Mohms in 9 steps • Resolution is 10 µohms to 1 Kohm • Linearity error is 0.01% maximum; 0.005 typical • Measurement mode is continuous or single • Measurement technique is dual slope integration, auto-zeroing, switched DC or constant DC or single pulsed DC • AC noise rejection is 80 dB at 60Hz and multiples • Outputs include buffered BCD signal and remote start
