The 1666 DC Resistance Bridge combines the advantages of the Wheatstone and Kelvin bridges in a single instrument that will find application almost anywhere. Whether your requirement is for high accuracy, extremely low or very high resistance values, remote measurements, portability, or precise comparison, the 1666 will excel. It can even be set up for rapid sorting of resistors to tight tolerances. Total Measurement Range: 1 µohm to 1 Tohm; Resistance ranges: 1 µohm to 1.1 Mohm in 7 ranges (1 µohm is one count); conductance ranges, 1 pmhos to 1.1 mhos in 7 ranges (1 pmhos is one count). Direct reading, 0.01% accuracy. Six digit resolution; 2-, 3-, or 4-terminal resistance or conductance measurements.
