DESCRIPTION
The 16092A Spring Clip Fixture us an accessory used for SMD components at HF/VHF. A test fixture using an APC-7 connector can be connected directly to a measurement instrument having an APC-7 connector. It can also be connected to a measurement instrument having a 4 terminal -pair configuration via an 16085B adapter(4 terminal to APC-7 adapeter), or to an RF probe (4194A + 41941A/B) via an 16099A adapter(RF probe to APC-7 adapter). Frequency: DC to 500MHz. DC Bias: -40V to +40V .
