DESCRIPTION
The 16055A Test Fixture is used for general device measurements. It provides electrostatic and light shielding for stable pA measurements. The unit comes with cable approximately 0.4 m in length. The frequency range is 50Hz to 2MHz. DC Bias is -200 V to +200 V.
