DESCRIPTION
The Datapulse 116 is a precision pulse generator that puts all the controls in your hands. With easy to use front panel controls, you determine every specification for the pulse you need.
• Output voltage is variable from 0.5 to 5 Volts
• Rise/Fall variable from 5ns to 50ms
• Pulse Width provides square wave or variable from 100ns to 1s
• Delay can be controlled via an external drive, or varied between 100ns and 1s
• Frequency can be varied between 10 Hz and 50 MHz or use an external trigger
• Single or double and + or - pulse
• 50 Ω Output
