The fully controllable fast pulses available from the 110B Pulse Generator will satisfy most of your pulse testing requirements. Field tested circuits, advanced design, and stringent quality control procedures are your assurance of maximum reliability. Repetition rate adjustable from 5Hz to 50MHz, double pulse max. rate of 25MHz. Pulse amplitude >±10 V into 50 ohms. Pulse rise/fall time typically 4 ns rise time & 6 ns fall time.
