DESCRIPTION
The 10525E ECL Logic Probe extends time-proven, cost-saving logic probe troubleshooting techniques to high-speed ECL logic. The probe allows observation of single pulses as narrow as 5 ns. The input impedance is 12 kohms in both the high and low state. The input maximum pulse repetition frequency is 50MHz (typically 100MHz at 50% duty cycle).
