We take the risk out of buying used Test Equipment!

In order to ensure our customers' satisfaction and eliminate the risk in buying test equipment, a Right of Return Privilege is provided on New and Refurbished Instruments unless specified otherwise at the time of Sale.

New Instruments	Policy
All new Instruments	100% Credit on Account if Return Authorization Requested within 5 Days* from the Shipment Date (Credit Applied towards Replacement Instrument). Customer is responsible for all Freight Charges.  Equipment must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
Factory Refurbished Instruments	Policy
Tektronix Factory Refurbished Instruments	100% Credit on Account if Return Authorization Requested within 5 Days* from the Shipment Date (Credit Applied towards Replacement Instrument). Customer is responsible for all Freight Charges.  Equipment must be returned in the original packaging with all included accessories.
Refurbished Instruments	Policy
Instrument List Price less than $5,000.00	100% Refund if Return Authorization Requested within 30 Days* from the Shipment Date. Customer is responsible for all Freight Charges.
Instrument List Price $5,000.00 or greater	100% Refund if Return Authorization Requested within 10 Days* from the Shipment Date. Customer is responsible for all Freight Charges.
