How does Agilent Advantage Assurance work?

1. Tucker Electronics will work with you to find a pre-owned Agilent (formerly HP) instrument that meets your needs and qualifies for the Agilent Advantage Assurance package.
2. Tucker ships your instrument to Agilent, where experienced technicians perform an initial fitness evaluation to determine if the instrument qualifies for Agilent Advantage Assurance.
3. If your unit passes, it is calibrated to full production specifications. Agilent then ships the instrument directly to you within 5 days after you placed the original order, so you can put it to work immediately. You’re also protected against repair costs for the next two years.
4. If the instrument ever requires repair while under Agilent Advantage Assurance, you receive a full calibration at no extra charge, to ensure that the instrument is fully operational and meets Agilent specifications.
5. As a bonus, you’re entitled to two years of free access to Agilent Technical Support— engineers who are the experts on using your product.
